A Pie De Tierra
A burgeoning collaboration between David Villamiel & Aitor Paul from A Pie De Tierra who met on the benches of the Madrid School of Viticulture and Oenology in 2013.
David Villamiel, a winemaker, and Aitor Paul, a sommelier, share a great passion for winemaking. After their time spent studying in Madrid, they joined forces to work on the vineyards that David had inherited, focusing on protecting and valuing the vines that are a tribute to the terroir.
