VINOS INACAYAL

Luca Hodgkinson's passion for winemaking begun from an early age. Growing up in Priorat, Spain, and moving to France for his studies in Oenology and Environmental Viticulture, he then gathered more knowledge and experience in the field on his professional adventures around Europe, to then settle in Chile, where he started off by helping multiple estates transition into organic and sustainable practices.

What started off as a consulting business for small-scale and low intervention wines, in 2014 it quickly transformed into a full wine production. Over the last few years, our partnership has grown and developed to encompass the production of the Vinos Inacayal!

‘Inacayal’ is a Quechua word which loosely translates to ‘old thing’, chosen as a nod to the old vines on which the Chilean grapes are grown.
